• We want to help students achieve their educational goals by offering them the best support. We are grateful for our customers' support of our business. We have developed guidelines for proper behavior to give each of our clients the finest possible service. The following is a list of terms and conditions officially associated with using our service.
• If a login code is required, the customer must provide us access to receive it. This access can be given via the app, a text message, or an email forwarder. If this is not possible, we disclaim all liability for any mistakes that may have resulted from using a login code to access the book.
• Assume that the institute needs the customer to supply the necessary data, for example, their login information, course materials, and so on, or if they fail to turn in any assignments or paperwork to the institution. In this case, the institute cannot fulfill the customer's requests. In that scenario, the business won't be held responsible for anything. It includes circumstances in which the customer needs to use the appropriate equipment, has adequate internet speed (at least 50 Mbps), does not use our learning notes, and fails an test despite using them.
• The consumer is asked to stay in touch with the customer service team even while they are not home to receive updates and monitor the situation's progress.
• The only technical issue that the company will take responsibility for is test preparation; any problems on phones, electronics, hardware, software, networks, the Internet, email, or computers that may arise before or during the test are not the firm's fault.
• Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will start to be processed on Monday. The consultant must ensure that no important deadlines are missed, which is why.
• The student must buy a textbook to do well in the course. In that instance, the buyer has the burden of obtaining an electronic or soft copy of the textbook and forwarding it to us. Furthermore, we will be more than pleased to purchase the book for the customer if they request it, and it is only accessible online. You will bear a financial burden as a result of this. Furthermore, should the book only be offered in hardcover, the consultant can request that the purchaser submit photos of the pertinent pages from the book as proof. The buyer will deliver these photos in response to the consultant's request. Should the proper textbook not be acquired, the company will only be held liable if the notes provided for an assignment meet the instructor's expectations.
